According to Thule, the # TH711420 53 inch WingBar Evo crossbars are the longest crossbars that will work on your vehicle. Thule crossbars have a slot in the underside that the roof rack feet fit into. The slots don't run all the way across the bottom of the crossbar, so if you go too long with the crossbars, the feet won't match up with the slots.

I sent the pictures you sent to us to Curt to see if they had any insight and they had not seen that brace before. They said that it looked like an aftermarket frame brace. They said most likely if you returned the vehicle back to stock and removed the brace you'd be fine, but they hadn't tested it so they couldn't guarantee that.
