  • Longest Roof Rack Crossbars Available for 2017 Audi A4 Allroad
  • According to Thule, the # TH711420 53 inch WingBar Evo crossbars are the longest crossbars that will work on your vehicle. Thule crossbars have a slot in the underside that the roof rack feet fit into. The slots don't run all the way across the bottom of the crossbar, so if you go too long with the crossbars, the feet won't match up with the slots. Yakima offers JetStream crossbar that would allow longer (60 inch) bars. If you wanted to go that route, you'd use the # Y00426 bars. You'd...

  • Ground Clearance with Stealth Hitch on 2019 Audi A4 Allroad
  • Basically you'd lose right at 2 inches of ground clearance at the center of the rear bumper of your 2019 Audi A4 Allroad when the lower ball mount portion of the Stealth hitch part # 391AUDA417T. I can't get you an exact figure since we haven't had chance to install this but if you check out the picture I attached you can see what I mean. Also, when the ball mount is removed you'd have no loss of ground clearance at all.

  • Recommended Roof Rack and Cargo Box for 2018 Audi A4 Allroad with Raised Rails
  • For the factory raised side rails on your 2018 Audi A4 Allroad, I recommend the Thule WingBar Roof Rack that consists of # TH711420 for the two 53 inch WingBar Load Bars and # TH710401 for the Foot Pack. The feet on this system will clamp right onto the side rails on your vehicle. These particular bars feature dual rubber "QuickAccess" strips that do not require any trimming. Then, when selecting a roof box that will sit alongside a bike rack, I recommend going with a narrow option like...

  • Does Stealth Hitch Trailer Wiring for 2017 Audi A4 Allroad Work With Sequential Taillights
  • The trailer wiring that comes with the Stealth hitch part # 391AUDA417T works just fine with sequential taillights. Basically the program that makes the taillights sequential is in the light assembly setup whereas the lighting harness wires to the lights that run to the taillights and is before any of that programming.

  • Tips for Getting Draw-Tite Hitch DT24950 Top Plates and Bolts Installed on a 2018 Audi A4 Allroad
  • You should not have to remove the rear fascia on your 2018 Audi A4 Allroad to install Draw-Tite trailer hitch # DT24950 but it would help you have more space to work if you did. There aren't any specific instructions for that though. It might be helpful to have someone pull rearward on the fascia just enough to give you space to put the plate with both bolts in it into position. That way you would not have to remove the fascia to get the required space. That would be the first thing I...

  • Can I Lock The EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver To My 2017 Audi A4 Allroad
  • While there is not a lock for your removable hitch receiver, it is incredibly specific. It is useless without the rest of the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2", part # 306-X7370. It also looks like a traditional hitch receiver, so few if any people would think to investigate this hitch receiver further. At a quick glance you cannot tell the hitch receiver is removable. If you wanted to have some more peace of mind, you can always lock the hitch bike rack to the safety...

This diagram shows exactly where you will need to cut on the trim of your 2021 Audi A4 Allroad. • The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver like part # 391AUDA417 which is a fit for a 2019 Audi A4 Allroad only comes with a 2" receiver. That said, you can purchase the 1-1/4" receiver separately with the 1-1/4" Receiver Attachment for Stealth Hitches Rack Receiver or Trailer Hitch part # 391RR1. The larger receiver option will still be nice to have as it will expand the mount of hitch mounted accessories you can use if you decide to upgrade.

  • Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Audi A4
  • The Draw Tite Hitch part # DT24950 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Audi A4 and would work well. To find an installer you'll want to find a local mechanic to you who has a good reputation and have them do it since Draw Tite does not have a list of installers and for the most part trailer hitch installs are pretty basic for mechanics.

  • Carrying Two Kayaks with the Yakima JayLow Carrier on a 2018 Audi A4 Allroad
  • The Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier, part # Y04073, can actually carry two kayaks on its own. The only additional thing needed to carry your second kayak on your 2018 Audi A4 Allroad is another set of straps, like etrailer's Cam Buckle Cinch Straps, part # E98876-4. I've linked to a video installation of how to do this. However, if you would rather use two of the JayLows for a more balanced look, then you can definitely do that. These carriers are designed to leave plenty of space for mounting...

  • Does Rear Frame Brace of 2017 Audi A4 Allroad Have to Remove to Install Curt Hitch
  • I sent the pictures you sent to us to Curt to see if they had any insight and they had not seen that brace before. They said that it looked like an aftermarket frame brace. They said most likely if you returned the vehicle back to stock and removed the brace you'd be fine, but they hadn't tested it so they couldn't guarantee that. It looks like it could pretty easily removed. And with the way the hitch installs it would more or less give you the same type of bracing.
